Options for Termite Control of New Construction

Enviroguard Pest Solutions offers the following treatment options for new construction projects. Regardless of your construction stage, we have a way to protect your project from termites. Our service options include:

Chemical Treatment to foundation. Footers, block and pier, attached slabs, garages and porches. Followed up with a treatment to the back-fill after the final grade. This establishes a chemical barrier around the structure. All commercial projects receive this type of protection.
Borate Treatment. Product applied directly to the wood. Stud walls, exterior sheathing and 2 foot band to bottom plate and floor joists. Green product called BoraThor® (Boron/Boric Acid) and meets LEED certifification.
Sentricon® Termite Colony Elimination System. Bait system is installed in-ground around the perimeter of the structure after completion of landscaping. Sentricon® is a Presidential green chemistry award winner and meets LEED certification.

All options carry a one year guarantee and can be transferred to new owner and renewed for five additional years by signing an agreement with Enviroguard. An annual renewal fee will apply.

Prompt delivery of your documents - email, fax, mail, or delivery is available. Documents may also be picked-up from our Ringgold, GA office.
Our knowledge of termite control -- Enviroguard operates in Georgia (License # 98722) and Tennessee (Charter # 1078).
Our work is licensed, bonded and insured. We will provide insurance certificate and assurances upon request.
All employees are professionally trained and certified termite and pest control specialists.
